Nokia 5300 Xpress Yourself !

on Friday, June 29, 2007

Designed to be user friendly, the Nokia 5300 is a music player with features such as Bluetooth , 1.3 megapixel camera and an expandable memory slot.Despite the fact that the phone is slightly bulkier than the conventional anorexic phones these days, the Nokia 5300 is rather light. It's also armed with makes it easy to slide the phone open or close with a gentle push. One can expect the 5300 to be quite sturdy as the midsection is wrapped in a rubber cover to protect the dedicated player key.The handset design is innovative and refreshing, with its target audience obviously aimed toward youth and younger adult.

The sound quality over the stereo speaker is exceptional but fall short compared to a Sony Ericsson W810i stereo speaker.included features are shuffling and repeat modes, stereo widening,an equalizer with five settings and even an ' airplane ' mode. The dedicated media keys of Nokia 5300 are fashionable and highly visible, but require more ' push ' to navigate them than I would have liked. The QVGA screen is 31 x 42 mm and produces good and vivid images. On the bottom of the screen are two soft keys with a five way toggle joystick in the centre. There is a noticeable gap between the button which makes it susceptible to dust. The phone's numeric keypad button are adequately sized for comfortable pressing.

The 1.3 megapixel camera is located at the back of the phone but doesn't come with any flash. It takes pictures at a maximum of 1280 x 1024 and included a variety of image processing features, including five different colour effect, note mode, sequence mode, self timer and an 8x zoom.

Song transfer was simple and convenient as you may directly compose a playlist on the PC before porting it over to the phone.50MB worth of songs took less than 4 minutes to transfer, which is pretty decent. But after transferring the music files, the phone require to update the Music Library to access the new tunes from the player, which my take some time and cause a minor annoyance. My conclusion Nokia 5300 is a solid, fun and musically entertaining phone.

Do You Know About PageRank

on Friday, June 22, 2007

Hi, here I again,Today let's me share with you about page rank, what page rank meaning? My blog now with 4 pagerank ,I hope for a few next month my pagerank to be 5.Ok here I brought to you article from Mike Perry. Thanks a lots Mike for your writing,it so informative for me .For pagerank meaning, keep reading.........

I came across this article by Donald Nelson, who is a search engine optimization specialist. I think the following explanation from Donald is as good as any as to what PageRank signifies (Mikes Money Making Mission has a PageRank 5). These are his words:

PageRank 0-2 shows that a site does not have many links and needs work. However, and this a big "however," it may not really affect your search engine rankings. I have a client with a page rank of 2 and his site ranks well, even number one, for several search terms in a fairly competitive industrial category. So PageRank is not everything; it may have an impact on your rankings and traffic, but in some cases it may not matter. In any case if you have a PageRank of 0-2, you can work on it through proper link building activity.

PageRank 3 can be OK in some cases but in highly competitive industries you should work to improve it.

PageRank 4 is quite a normal number and indicates that you have enough links in either quantity or quality to make your site competitive.

PageRank 5 indicates that a site has many links or links from authoritative sites, and that Google has good "trust" in the site. It is a respectable and attainable PageRank.

PageRank 6 is very difficult to attain. This rank indicates that the site has many links and links from respected places.

PageRank 7-10 is usually earned by large and established institutions or websites which have tremendous authority, due to the quantity and quality of the incoming links. It is extremely difficult to attain this ranking. You really have to be special to get it.

From the above it can be seen that, though of importance, PageRank isn't quite the God it is sometimes said to be - at least not in all circumstances.

It is of value to money making bloggers, however, because it signifies a certain something to prospective advertisers and is favoured within the world of sponsored posts. The higher the PageRank the more income potential from these two sources. Other websites are also often willing to pay for links to say a PR 5 or 6 site when wanting to rise up the ladder themselves.

Like everything else with blogging we should aim for our own objectives. What others are doing doesn't really matter. Fill the time we have to full advantage and - enjoy!

You can check your PageRank here and the prediction for your next Page Rank here.Ok hopefully it really help.

Ok guys just all for this time,I will back with more pagerank tips for a few days, have a nice day...

Dopod C800 More Trimmers And Smoother Slides

on Monday, June 18, 2007

Dopod C800 is now 30% slimmer with new and improved features all round.Essentially,it maintains the slide out keyboard which made the 838Pro a hit in the first place but opted to do away with 3.5G connectivity in favour of a trimmer waistline.

You get a 2.8" LCD display running on 240 x 320 QVGA resolution housed in dimensions measuring 109mm ( H ) x 59mm (W ) x 17mm (D).The metallic buttons on the front are big, shiny and comfortable to press. The back sports a2.0 megapixel camera and the outlet for the phone's speaker. The camera lens is not covered hence leaving it susceptible to dust and scratches.upon sliding the keyboard down, the interface automatically switches to landscape mode.Every key, including numeric and symbols are illuminated allowing you to conveniently type during the night, when your wife's asleep. It even has miniature LEDs for Caps lock and Function buttons, much similar to standard desk keyboard. The keyboard's sliding mechanism is smooth but not to the point of being flimsy. The grey metal casing also serve to complement further the overall toughness of this cookie.

Most connectivity options such as Quad band GSM,GPRS , Edge and Bluetooth are available except 3G as mentioned before.Nonetheless, this is compensated with a built in Wi Fi adapter. The phone's camera takes good pictures and has a wide range of functions such as ' white balance ' exposure control and 7 different modes of shooting. Most media files played on the C800 without any hitches, partly credit to Windows Media Player software inside.

The TI OMAP 850 processor is not the fastest I have seen but is still sufficient to smoothly run applications on the device.Navigation lag is minimal compared to other PDAs,but it did slow down when memory resources were low,as typical of most Windows Mobile phones.Battery life lasted longer than I estimated;on typical usage of making or receiving calls,SMS,playing media files and surfing the internet with Wi Fi,the device lasted us 3 whole days before running out of juice

Hot Spots In The Brain

on Friday, June 15, 2007

What does our brain share with a fried sausage? A cell membrane created from minute fat droplets that swim in salt water. The structures are similar and radiation is said to have a similar effect on them.

Professor Markus Antonietti from Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces Colloid in Potsdam has experimented with such artificial membranes. To create such membranes, the physicist formed layers of fat particles of different sizes and irradiated them with microwaves. In doing so,he kept varying the frequency and intensity of the microwaves. The result of the research have been published in a scientific journal. One of the finding stated in the journal is that ion channels in the membranes act as electrical dipoles and hold a lot of energy in the smallest of spaces.Although the scientific work does not directly deal with mobile radios, these facts can be applied to day to day life.

Danger of radiation, mobile phone heat the brain.Even the cell in our brain communicate with each other through such ion channels; so while conversing on a mobile phone, these cell might have major role to play in heating the small areas of the brain stronger than percieved earlier. The current theshold values restrict the " Specific Absorption Rate" ( SAR) to 2 watt per kg for mobile phones. However,Antonetti's work suggests that the cell walls can reach drastically high temperatures. For the time being, the physicist is not willing to comment further on his findings. There also needs to be further research done to discover the effect of radio waves on cell membranes by using real, biological tissue.Until then, once can only speculate with that fried sausage in the microwaves

on Tuesday, June 05, 2007

Hi,it me again, for a several days I'm not writing anything, actually my exam date is 7.6.2007,but I used my rest time to wrote something for my fellow readers.Hopefully all of you enjoy it.I thought everyone of us know Walkman from Sony. The inventor of the portable music player has presented the first Walkman with a video function.Sony's ' MP3 Video Walkman ' shows MPEG4 and H.264 movies on its 2 colour display with a maximum resolution of 320 x 240 pixels.Flash player accepts music in the Atrac format, which Sony uses even in its online shop.

Moreover, the device can also play MP3 as well as DRM - free WMA and AAC files. Also included: A slideshow function with background sound.According to the manufacturer, the battery life for playing music is 30 hours, which is very good while playing video files will reduce this to eight hours.Emm.. how about iPod,the new generation of music player?
