Reducing the Memory For FireFox Browser

Hi,for a week I not make a new post because the personal problem.but I solved it already.I also busy with my work,emm.. To night ( for a local time in my country) I want to share with you about Mozilla fire fox.I think all of you like Mozilla,cause it so simple and better to surf internet. For Mozilla user,the memory requirement increases rapidly to more than 100 MB when you surf for a long time or when many tabs or windows are open and finally slows down the system :( but don't worry it can be changed.

Two things make the Firefox to increase the memory usage.All site opened in tabs and windows occupy memory space: this space remains occupied even after minimizing the windows.Furthermore ,Firefox also save 50 recently visited website in the main memory of the PC in order to facilities quick browsing through the session history.This number is unnecessarily big.You should reduce the number of saved sites.For that, enter " about : config " in the address bar.Search the following setting in the options list and double click on it to edit it:

Change the default setting " 50 " to a considerably smaller number or even to " 0 " and confirm with " ok ". When you enter " 1 " or " 5 " , you can still access the last visited website since they are still available in the RAM

Incidentally the saving the history is not effected by this setting.Thus you can browse through as many sites as you want; you only need to wait for renewed loading of these site.Morever you can also instruct Firefox to release the memory space that is not in use while windows are minimized.

Simply right click on any space in the list of configuration settings and select the context command " New | Boolean ".
Enter " config. trim _on_minimize as " Properties"
and confirm with " ok "
Click on " true " in the following dialog and again confirm with " ok"
Now restart the browser.

The simplest way of determining the current memory requirement of the browser is through the Task Manager.
Press the key combination [ Ctrl] + [Alt] + [Del] and click on " Task Manager". Switch to the "processes " tab and search the list entry " firefox. exe". To its right, you will see the memory space currently occupied by the browser.
